Having progressed from Operations Assistant, to Aerodrome Reporting Officer (ARO), and now Junior Consultant within Aviation Projects, she has developed a strong understanding of the aviation industry's regulatory and operational environment, enabling her to deliver practical, client-focused solutions across a broad range of aviation projects. Prior to joining Aviation Projects, Ayla worked as a Research Assistant at Griffith University and The University of Queensland, where she developed strong skills in data collection, analysis, reporting, and project coordination.
As an Aerodrome Reporting Officer, Ayla has gained hands-on experience in aerodrome operations, aviation safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
