Aviation Projects provided expert advice and guidance on a range of matters including the preparation of initial demand forecasts and scope of aircraft operations, concept layouts, concept airspace and aircraft flight paths and consideration of various other planning and operations matters. They have also provided advice on aeronautical infrastructure requirements and costs and operational advice on a variety of matters. Aviation Projects was able to assist with the introduction and ongoing operation of B747-800F aircraft by preparing a safety case that was approved by CASA.

Lakshmi is a passionate aviation professional with over 6 years’ experience spanning airline operations, airport planning, and aviation safety. Currently pursuing a Master of Aviation Management at Swinburne University and holder of a Graduate Certificate of Aviation, Lakshmi is also a recipient of the IAWA Scholarship with strong academic and operational achievements.
Proficient in analysing operational performance, conducting research on airport planning, including large airline performance analysis, Lakshmi takes pride in consistently exceeding KPIs, with a strong focus on safety compliance, and delivering exceptional client service.
Lakshmi has a depth of knowledge of flight crew planning, scheduling optimisation, and airline operations gained through academic research and hands-on exposure in aviation operations. Proficient in aviation meteorology, ICAO Annex 19 safety standards, and real-time operational decision-making, Lakshmi seekis to leverage strong analytical, safety compliance, and problem-solving capabilities to support operational excellence.
