Celebrating a New Milestone in Instrument Flight Procedure Design

We’re pleased to recognise our Specialist Consultant in Aviation Safeguarding and Design, Lyn Wang, on achieving her qualification as an ICAO PANS-OPS Instrument Flight Procedure Designer following the successful completion of internal training with AP's Chief Designer, Clenia Dagon.

This is a significant milestone that reflects not only technical capability, but a strong commitment to precision, safety, and regulatory expertise. Instrument Flight Procedure Design is a highly specialised discipline, requiring a deep understanding of airspace, terrain, aircraft performance, and compliance with ICAO PANS-OPS standards.

Under Clenia’s guidance, this internal training has strengthened our capability to deliver high-quality, compliant procedures that support safe and efficient operations across the aviation network.

Aviation Projects' Flight Procedure Design Organisation is certified to conduct design work on terminal instrument flight procedures in Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Philippines.
