Aviation Projects is delighted to welcome Lakshmi Vadlamoodi to the team as she steps into her new role as our Operations Support Officer.
Lakshmi brings strong experience, professionalism and a genuine passion for the aviation sector. In her role, she will support our project delivery, contribute to client outcomes, and provide valuable insight across a range of operational and strategic activities.
Currently pursuing a Master of Aviation Management at Swinburne University and holder of a Graduate Certificate of Aviation, Lakshmi is also a recipient of the IAWA Scholarship with strong academic and operational achievements.
Proficient in analysing operational performance, conducting research on airport planning, including large airline performance analysis, Lakshmi takes pride in consistently exceeding KPIs, with a strong focus on safety compliance, and delivering exceptional client service.
As we continue to support our clients with high-quality advisory services, Lakshmi’s fresh perspective and commitment to excellence make her a fantastic addition to the Aviation Projects team.
